This website is run by Sam Plant, a freelance marketer based in Manchester, UK. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email sam@samplant.co.

What I collect

If you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, company (if you give it), the service you’re interested in and your message. I don’t use tracking cookies on this site.

Why I collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that work. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a request you’ve made.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are stored securely with my website provider and sent to my business email (Google Workspace). I don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you at any time by emailing sam@samplant.co. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
